Dr. Mohammad Sami Salahia, MD, MSc
Founder - Research Pioneer
Dr. Sam Salahia, MD, MSc is a medical doctor who completed his dermatology residency at Ain Shams University Hospital, Cairo. He practices at Dr. Batoul Reffai Medical Center in Dubai, UAE, focusing on regenerative, anti-aging, and laser skin treatments.
He also holds a Master's in Manufacturing of Advanced Therapy Medicinal Products, including Gene and Cell therapies (Spain). Dr. Sam founded Research Pioneer, a hybrid platform advancing evidence-based medical innovation.

Research Pioneer LLC is expanding its international network and is seeking motivated Country Representatives to support our research education, academic collaboration, and professional development activities within their respective countries.
Key Responsibilities
* Represent Research Pioneer LLC within your country.
* Promote our workshops, training programs, conferences, and academic activities.
* Build relationships with universities, medical schools, hospitals, research institutions, and professional organizations.
* Identify opportunities for academic partnerships and collaborations.
* Support the organization of local and international workshops and scientific events.
* Connect Research Pioneer with medical students, physicians, dentists, researchers, and healthcare professionals.
* Assist with participant recruitment and promotion of educational programs.
* Provide insights regarding local academic and research opportunities.
* Maintain professional communication with the Research Pioneer management team.
Preferred Qualifications
* Medical student, physician, dentist, healthcare professional, researcher, academic, or postgraduate student.
* Strong interest in scientific research, systematic reviews, meta-analysis, and evidence-based medicine.
* Good communication and networking skills.
* Active involvement in universities, hospitals, research groups, or professional communities is an advantage.
* Ability to work independently and represent the organization professionally.
* Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
